It might be hard to believe, but Assassin's Creed Shadows was released well over 120 days ago. In the time since its release, it's received a number of updates, including some much-needed parkour features, along with the ability to quick-sell multiple items.
It took going back to a much older game to realise just how empty Assassin's Creed Shadows feels.
That said, the updates still aren't quite finished yet, as its first expansion, Claws of Awaji, is set to release later this September. Ahead of that, Ubisoft released a "Summer Roadmap" for the game, which will also see a number of quality-of-life changes that should make fans of the game particularly happy.
As noted on Ubisoft's website, at the beginning of September, well before Claws of Awaji releases on Sept. 16, players will finally be able to "unfog" the map of Shadows after completing viewpoint synchronizations in various regions.
"I know it seems so small, but unfogging the map will make me redownload and finish the game," one user wrote in response to the news on Reddit.
