Killing Floor 3 has launched to a surprisingly mixed reception, with players bashing the game on Steam thanks to its lack of text chat, battle pass, and "constant" crashes.
Ever since the first Killing Floor game released all the way back in 2009, the co-op survival series has garnered quite a cult following, which really picked up with its much-improved sequel, Killing Floor 2. With the first two games being so beloved, fans have understandably been very excited for Killing Floor 3, which just launched a few days ago.
Nothing would bring the series full circle like Defence Alliance 2 making a comeback.
While the trailers and early impressions for Killing Floor 3 made it seem like it'd be an undeniable improvement over its predecessors, it seems that's not quite the case. Since releasing earlier this week, the long-awaited third game has received a bit of a polarising reception, which is cemented by its current "Mixed" review score on Steam.
After Killing Floor 3 launched on July 24, it was easy to assume it'd be a hit with fans, but one look at the Steam page shows that's not the case. It currently has over 5,000 reviews...
