With More Than One Million Steam Wishlists, This Zombie Game Where You Run A Quarantine Zone Is Already A Hit

It can be hard for smaller games to stand out in the crowded Steam marketplace, but occasionally, we see an unexpected title rise through the charts. Now, we have a new contender, as the demo for Quarantine Zone: The Last Check has surpassed one million Steam wishlists.

While its concurrent player count isn't much to look at right now, it did manage to pull in 17,100 players at once a couple of months ago. On top of that, there are now more than one million Steam users with their eye on the game, making it the 24th most wishlisted title on the storefront, according to SteamDB.

As reported by PC Gamer, this interest was brought in by a demo dropping on Steam in May. The full launch is set for this November, with another demo coming during Steam Next Fest in October.
