Marvel Rivals is in trouble, as fans are very unhappy with the state of the game right now. Whether it's the meta or how competitive mode works - or all those bot matches we get in quick play - there's a lot to complain about. Now, NetEase has given us another reason.
It turns out that the leaks were accurate, and Blade is going to be a Duelist. The long-awaited character is joining the roster halfway through the current season, following on from Phoenix, who was added recently. This means Season 3 will give us two Duelists, despite the fact that this was already the most stacked class in the game.
This comes after Blade being a Duelist was confirmed at San Diego Comic Con, after many fans had hoped that the leak was inaccurate.
"He should have been a Vanguard, or delayed in favour of one," argues Reddit user Sword_of_Monsters. "Tanks feel like s**t and NetEase [is] only further fumbling it. The 3.5 patch better be f**king good or this season will straight up have nothing for me."
