A new behind-the-scenes feature on Jurassic Park: Survival has randomly dropped more than a year after the game was originally revealed.

One of the most exciting announcements by far at The Game Awards 2023 was Jurassic Park: Survival, a first-person single-player game from Saber Interactive that looked to finally give us something from the franchise that isn't about building parks. That announcement was made nearly two years ago now, and we'd heard nothing about the game since then.

Ever since the reveal, which only gave us a few small glimpses of gameplay, Jurassic Park fans have wondered whether Survival had quietly been cancelled or was in a rough state, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Out of nowhere, a new behind-the-scenes feature just dropped, confirming that Survival is, well, surviving.

As pointed out by ResetEra user Jawmuncher, the official Jurassic Park: Survival YouTube account shared its first post since the reveal trailer earlier today, which is a behind-the-scenes feature on the game's development. There's a lot packed into the trailer, including a bunch of pre-alpha footage that gives us our best look yet at how Survival will play.
