The denizens of Eorzea are crossing over with the colossal beasts of Monster Hunter once more, as Final Fantasy 14 and Monster Hunter Wilds will be hosting separate crossover events in 2025.

The worlds of Final Fantasy and Monster Hunter connected in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, when Cloud and Sephiroth faced off against Rathalos. The two had a more concrete crossover in the previous console era, with Rathalos appearing in Final Fantasy 14, and a Behemoth appearing in Monster Hunter World.

The two creature-fighting video game series are collaborating once more. A trailer for these collabs is now available on The Game Awards YouTube channel.
