Needless to say, it’s been an interesting time for fans of CRPGs, especially those of the hit 2019 game Disco Elysium by studio ZA/UM. After many original developers split from the studio, multiple “Disco-Like” projects were announced to follow in its footsteps.
But, above all of these, ZA/UM’s own project, known online for the past few months as Project C4, has been the leading example of what a post-Disco world could look like, with the previous trailer being filled with concept art and imagery that promised something as deep and introspective as the original Disco Elysium.
And now, at Gamescom 2025, ZA/UM has given a deeper look at Project C4, announcing the game's full name, Zero Parades, with the subheader in the game's trailer alternating between a series of phrases such as “For Fake Radicals”. Although much of this game remains a mystery, the trailer gives a much deeper look at ZA/UM’s next adventure.
