Resident Evil Fans Are Starting To Doubt That Leon Is In Requiem, But Reliable Leaker Says Capcom Has Only Shown "A Small Early Slice"

Leakers insist that Leon Kennedy will be a major part of Resident Evil 9: Requiem, but there's still no sign of the rookie cop turned international agent. Capcom even flat-out said that he won't make an appearance, and that the game is all about Grace Ashcroft. So, it's hard to blame people for having doubts.

But that hasn't dissuaded prominent leaker and insider Dusk Golem, who explained that "It's really easy to hide Leon at present because what they're showing right now [...] is a small early slice of a much bigger game."

He's in the game as a main character, he's playable for huge chunks of the game and plays a major role. Really just a waiting game for marketing to reveal him & the game to come out.

Everything that we've seen so far is supposedly only from "the first 30-45 minutes", equivalent to the house section at the start of Village. That seems to line up with the new footage from Gamescom Opening Night Live yesterday, which showed Grace and Alyssa Ashcroft being attacked at their hotel by the mysterious hooded figure from the reveal trailer.
