Just under a month before the next big game in the series launches, Dying Light 2: Stay Human is making a massive change to its parkour system that fans have been requesting since launch.
Even though Dying Light 2 released more than three years ago now, it almost feels like a live-service game thanks to how many updates and events it's received since. Just like the first game, Techland has kept on tweaking and adding to Dying Light 2 in a number of big ways.
Some of those changes weren't received well at all (looking at you DL Points), but the majority of them have been for the better. The latest big change that Dying Light 2 is getting, which comes less than a month before The Beast releases, has to do with its parkour mechanics and how they tie into stamina.
For those that don't know, Dying Light 2's stamina system is tied to both parkour and combat, meaning Aiden will get tired at some point no matter what action he's performing. While that makes sense for combat, fans have wanted stamina removed from parkour for some time to make getting around the world easier.
