Denshattack Looks Like OlliOlli World Meets Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, But With Trains

Denshattack, a stylish game all about trains that looks like a combination of OlliOlli World and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, has been revealed at Gamescom Opening Night Live.

2022 was an incredibly stacked year for games, but a surprise indie emerged as one of my favourites - OlliOlli World, which combined the chill vibes and culture of skateboarding with some incredibly tricky gameplay. I still think about OlliOlli to this day (especially with the studio being shut down), but one reveal at Gamescom showed that its spirit lives on - Denshattack.

As showcased during Gamescom Opening Night Live, Denshattack is a unique game that takes Japan's love of railways and puts a stylish, Tony Hawk-style spin on it with gameplay that has me wistfully thinking of all my time with OlliOlli World. It won't be long until I see if that's true, either, as Denshattack is launching on all platforms in Spring 2026, including Game Pass on day one.
