Rocket League and the NFL have joined together to bring exclusive decals to the car soccer title.
Developer Psyonix has announced that Rocket League and the NFL are teaming up to introduce the NFL Fan Pack. Starting December 17th, players can represent their favorite NFL team in game as the playoffs get closer and closer. The NFL Fan Pack comes with 32 decals, one for each team in the sport. The decals can be seen here at the Rocket League blog. The pack will be available to purchase in-game until December 28th. The pack will cost 800 credits. Gamers just have to look for the pack as its own tab in the Item Shop.
Season 2 of Rocket League started last week. This Season's Rocket Pass comes with a number of music-themed items to unlock, while the game's soundtrack grew a bit more with several new tracks from performer Kaskade. According to Psyonix, the partnership with Kaskade comes through their longtime partnership with Monstercat, an online EDM music station. It was also stated that gamers should look forward to other artists who will arrive throughout the game's second Season.
Rocket League's second Season also comes with a new customization option: Player Anthems. Whenever players score a goal, make an epic save, or earn MVP, their customizable Player Anthem will play. It will continue to play until another gamers performs a feat worthy of having their Player Anthem played instead. With the new customization option comes a new arena that reacts to the music being played. Entitled Neon Field, the new arena has lights that pulsate to the music, creating a live music show for players as they compete to get the ball in their opponent's goal.
Rocket League is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch. The game is free-to-play.
