A reliable Resident Evil leaker has claimed that the rumoured Code Veronica remake is being treated as a "big budget mainline game" by Capcom, similarly to Resi 4.
Even though Resident Evil Requiem has got the attention of every Resident Evil fan right now, that hasn't stopped us all from wondering what Capcom could be doing with the series in the future. For a while now, the studio has balanced new mainline entries with remakes of some of the series' best games, including Resident Evil 2, 3, and 4.
While Capcom has remained quiet about which Resident Evil game is going to be getting the remake treatment next, a reliable Resident Evil leaker has been reporting for some time now that Resident Evil 0 and Code Veronica are currently being remade at Capcom.
