The final three games for the upcoming Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection compilation have been revealed, and if you were hoping for one of Shaolin Monks, Deception or Armageddon, then you're out of luck. Instead, Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero and Mortal Kombat Special Forces will be part of the package — two of the worst-rated Mortal Kombat games of all-time.
At the very least, the never-before-released WaveNet Arcade version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 will be the third title, helping take the sting out of not being able to play couch co-op in Shaolin Monks.
That said, while Mythologies and Special Forces are generally considered awful, a certain subset of fans want others to know that they're really not that bad! Even going as far as to hype up the heavily criticized titles.
Across the MortalKombat subreddit, there's no shortage of hardcore fans offering their praise for both Mythologies and Special Forces.
"Sounds crazy, but I'm gonna get this for Mythologies," one excited fan wrote in response.
"Looking forward to screaming at the TV while playing Mythologies again. I love and hate that stupid (bad) game," another fan wrote.
