Details about Resident Evil Requiem have been coming at us at a steady pace since its Summer Game Fest reveal and then its Gamescom follow-up this week. Those reveals include some pretty terrifying details about the monsters you'll have to deal with throughout the game. Monsters that can launch things at you from the shadows when you stop for a breather, assuming you're safe.

Gamescom attendees have been given the opportunity to get hands-on with Resident Evil Requiem following its new, admittedly pretty lackluster trailer during Opening Night Live. However, even though the trailer didn't reveal much in the way of new details, a clip of lead character Grace being taken out by what appears to be a trolley of some sort, presumably pulled from demo gameplay, has been getting a lot of attention online.

Synth Potato shared the clip, noting that a monster is responsible for the furniture that comes hurtling at Grace. I appreciate that clarification as, if this had happened to me, not only would I have inadvertently launched my controller into the ceiling, but I'd have assumed it was a bug and let someone from Capcom know that they might want to fix that....
