Final Fantasy 14 has plenty of exciting things on the horizon, including a new Deep Dungeon, the rest of the Arcadion raid series, more Occult Crescent updates, and more, but one of the most highly-anticipated additions is the new limited-time job that was promised before the launch of Dawntrail - Beastmaster.
We don't know much about this job, apart from the fact that it will be using reworked pet mechanics and involve taming wild animals, which is a little surprising since we're now three big updates deep into Dawntrail. Just like many others, I'm personally starting to get a little bit impatient, but thankfully, Yoshi-P has now revealed exactly when Beastmaster will be added to Final Fantasy 14.
In a new interview with PCGamesN, Yoshi-P reveals that development on Patch 7.4 is going pretty well, and that Beastmaster will actually be implemented into the game in Patch 7.5:
"For 7.4 we are quite into the development and we are making good progress on this," says Yoshi-P. "For patch 7.5, the new limited job Beastmaster is going to be implemented, and also the new ultimate raid. Because of this, it is extremely hard on the development team...
