Obsidian has finally given us a brief look at the first park boss coming to Grounded 2. Axl the tarantula is by far the biggest enemy the series has ever had, dwarfing you and your buggies in a horrifically Shadow of the Colossus-esque encounter.
Despite that, fans have pointed out one thing Axl lacks. He's got eight legs, two pincers, enough venom to stun an Ox beetle, but no feet. So not only are we learning that tarantulas have feet today, we're also sorely lacking them in Grounded 2.
Our first look at Axl came from the Xbox showcase at Gamescom. Clips shown by Obsidian confirm his arena is where we suspected - in the north of the map in the hedge - while also giving us a good look at this furry, towering monstrosity. Compared to you, he's about the size of a decently sized house.
