While Helldivers 2 was just released on Xbox today, and along with it, the new Legendary Warbond that brought the Halo: ODST content into the game, Arrowhead Game Studios has more planned.
Titled "Into the Unjust," this new major free update is due next week on September 2 on all platforms.
Alongside the major update content, Arrowhead is also releasing a new Warbond called the "Dust Devils," which brings a slew of new cosmetics, weapons and more to players.
Helldivers 2 Major Update Promises New Content
Into the Unjust releases on September 2 on all platforms, and based on what Arrowhead has said, players will be brought into a whole new territory. Expect to see what's behind the Gloom, as squas will "disappear into the fog and discover new dangers," which confirms we'll be seeing new enemies.
However, one major difference for players this time is they won't be able to call in the Super Destroyer for help! From what Arrowhead has said, it seems that Stratagems from the ship, such as Orbital Lasers and Eagle Strikes, will not be available.
