No Man’s Sky is really the gift that keeps on giving, as Hello Games continues to pump out huge updates that add major new features.
Just two months after the last major update and some teasing from Sean Murray, Version 6.0 of No Man’s Sky, titled Voyagers, launches today (via Eurogamer).
Among numerous other additions and fixes, Voyagers adds Corvettes, which are modular and highly customizable ships, similar to ship customization in Starfield, that can take and house multiple players as crew members.
This isn’t to be confused with Freighters, which are more like deep-space bases that have been in the game for a few years now.
Journeys Through Space Just Got Less Lonely
Not only are Corvettes highly customizable, with hundreds of modular components to mix and match to create your own unique build, but they can even be habitable if you add sleeping quarters, which can accommodate multiple other players so they can join your crew.
Different sets of parts have their own unified aesthetic, such as the 70s-style retro-futuristic look of the Ambassador-class modules or the more no-nonsense military style of the Titan-class parts.
