Sony has announced the upcoming PlayStation Plus monthly games for September, and one of them is an Xbox game.
Of course, this has been par for the course as of late when it comes to first-party Xbox games. This week alone, Gears of War: Reloaded, the remake of the former Xbox 360 exclusive that helped the Xbox console briefly outperform the PS3, released for the PlayStation 5.
Earlier this year, we saw Forza Horizon 5 and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle also make their way to Sony's console. If Phil Spencer's comments on console exclusitivity are to be believed, there are plenty more Xbox games headed to either the PS5 or, if Indiana Jones is any indication, the Nintendo Switch 2 as well.
Now we're getting yet another first-party Xbox game, albeit one that was released for the PS4 in 2021, but it is now free for PlayStation Plus members to download next month.
