Fairgame$, one of Sony's in-development live-service projects, appears to be digging itself further into trouble. Following a report earlier this year that the title had been delayed, a major blow was struck to developer Haven Studios, as its founder had left the company even before it managed to ship its first game.
Today's news paints a bleaker picture for the game if it's even possible, as another key member has left.
This has all happened with Sony failing to provide an update on Fairgam$' status.
Fairgame$ Loses Key Member Without Any Explanation
The key member who left is none other than the game's director, Daniel Drapeau, who announced his new position at WB Games Montreal as its new Creative Director on LinkedIn (via Game Rant). "As of this week, I joined WB Games Montreal Inc. as Creative Director. I can't wait to start this wonderful adventure with all the great people here at the studio," the developer shared on his LinkedIn wall.
Checking Drapeau's job history, it mentions that he was the Game Director at Haven Studios from March 2021 to August 2025.
