Uber Eats Will Now Send You A Delicious Videogame

Back in the day, we used to go buy games ourselves, with hard-earned allowance money, building up a shelf of cases brick by plastic hollow brick. Adulthood brought more money, but also the dawn of digital downloads - and the monuments to Gamerkind(tm) gathered dust or fell outright. Truly, a convenience-caused loss of an era. We weep.

But no, weep no more! Because for an Extra Fee, you can take advantage of new technology. You can have your at-home buying experience, and eat it too. Or, don't eat it. You're not supposed to eat videogames, though you could store them in the fridge for later if you really wanted.

What is this new technology? Simple - you can now buy a taxi for your new copy of DOOM: The Dark Ages. Best Buy has teamed up with Uber Eats to deliver something that's a bit too crunchy for their normal fast-food operations: expensive electronics.

This isn't something you can just do through the Best Buy online store, though. You specifically must use the Uber Eats app for this. They've got some promo codes to help funnel people into the service, but they don't work on really...
