Forsaken Is Coming To NSO, Fueling Fan Theory That Future Games Have Been Hiding In Plain Sight This Whole Time

Nintendo Switch owners did some expert-level snooping earlier this year, pointing to some blurry images added to the N64 library's NSO settings that seemingly teased which of the platform's games will be added to the Switch next. One of the most unexpected titles from that list of theorized games has now been added to the N64 library, fueling the belief that they might have been onto something.

Nintendo confirmed that Forsaken will be added to its N64 this Thursday, seemingly out of nowhere, unless you paid attention to ImaKuniVT and Betonoguau back in July. It's a pretty deep cut, and while the N64's options are limited, and there are already some weird ones on NSO, not many would have predicted Forsaken being the next one had it not been for the dissection of blurry images a couple of months ago.

That said, if the NSO detectives were right about Forsaken, then it's even more likely than ever that they were right about some of the other box art they discovered hiding in plain sight on their Switch screens too. Despite that limited library, there are still some heavy-hitting N64 classics waiting to be brought...
