Borderlands 4 PC Performance is Gearbox's "Top Priority" as More Updates Promised | TechRaptor

Borderlands 4 publisher 2K and developer Gearbox have called the game's PC performance their "top priority", promising to release more updates that address issues commonly identified by the game's player base.

In a post on social media, the two studios open by saying that "millions" of players have checked out Borderlands 4 so far, which, given that the game didn't debut on any subscription services, likely means it's already sold very well indeed.

However, 2K and Gearbox also say they're "reading every piece of feedback" given to them by players, and that PC players are still "running into bugs and crashes". That's despite Gearbox head and mouthpiece Randy Pitchford describing the game's performance as "pretty damn optimal" last weekend.

Another PC performance update is scheduled to drop today, 2K and Gearbox say, describing PC performance as their "top priority". If Borderlands 4 isn't running smoothly for you on PC, you might want to check it out again after the update.
