This Week's Xbox Free Play Days Includes The Sims 4

The titles for this weekend's Xbox Free Play Days event have been revealed. 

On the Xbox Wire, it was announced that the next Free Play Days event will start today, February 4th, and will last through February 7th. The first game that will be available to play this weekend is The Sims 4. In The Sims 4, players will create their own unique characters with dynamic personalities, customize every detail of their homes, and explore a vibrant world. Gamers will also be able to grow new relationships and start a brand new family. It is all up to the imagination of the player. 

The second game that will be available during this weekend's Free Play Days is Puyo Puyo Tetris 2. The game will be a included in this weekend's Free Play Days event as part of the Puyo Puyo series' 30th anniversary, and will be available to play on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. In Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, gamers can jump online into battles with up to four players, or try out the game's recently added co-op Boss Raid mode. Players will be able to pick characters from a large roster, including Sonic the Hedgehog and four new characters that have just been released as part of a brand-new content update. Gamers will also be able to take part in the RPG-inspired Skill Battle mode with team-based puzzle play featuring skills, stats, equippable Item Cards, and more. 

Those who wish to continue playing The Sims 4 or Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 after the Free Play Days event can purchase the games at a discount, including a couple of The Sims 4's expansions. Any Gamerscore or achievements earned during the Free Play Days weekend will carry over. 

Free Play Days are events that take place for those who subscribed to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
