2025 is looking to be a big year for FPS titles. We already have Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 releasing back-to-back within a month's gap from each other. We are also seeing Extraction shooters get more active with Arena Breakout Infinite being released just a few days ago, and Escape from Tarkov 1.0 coming soon.
Now, similar to ABI, Delta Force is another free-to-play, FPS extraction shooter, and it is only natural that they do something to keep up with the competition. They currently have Mixed reviews on Steam at the time of writing this article, so they need to do something big to either make their fanbase happy or attract players from other games.
