Silent Hill f is on everybody's minds. Konami's 1960s-bound return to one of gaming's most beloved horror franchises is right around the corner, launching on September 25 (or the 23rd, if you purchase the digital deluxe edition). As of this writing, that means a mere five days from now, or even just three. I'm not salivating. You're salivating.

The details of Shimizu Hinako's hometown tale have been as fog-filled as the settlement itself, but some lucky fans can already tell you all about Silent Hill f's sure-to-be-spicy story, thanks to a handful of retailers doing what "a handful of retailers" always do best - ignore a street date and put a game in customers' hands ahead of schedule.

This, in turn, means spoilers are everywhere. Well, everywhere you'd expect for them to be. I'm not going to link you any, because frankly, I don't want to see them, either.
