We finally got a proper trailer for OD at Kojima Productions' 10th anniversary event. Along with more news on Death Stranding and a segment on sake making for some reason, we got a cryptic and creepy trailer for the studio's upcoming horror game, OD. As you can expect, we didn't understand a darned thing from the trailer.
We have to admit that the trailer surely gives off PT vibes, and we know how much Kojima and horror fans miss that. We've been waiting for Kojima to get back into the horror genre ever since PT was revealed and tragically never saw fruition. You can be sure that Kojima has been holding onto some ideas since then and thinking of new ones as well.
The trailer starts off with a rather creepy looking door, through which someone slips a card. This is followed by some redacted text which gives us a hint at the event of the game, but doesn't reveal any plot points, in typical Kojima fashion. There's something about a horrific event and cursed entities returning, followed by a first-person view of someone picking up the card and being instructed to "light the fires".
