We've been shown quite a bit of Resident Evil Requiem already, as the next installment in the iconic horror franchise has been shown off during three showcases. We're still no closer to finding out whether Leon will be a part of Requiem's story, though, although a new leak claims the RE icon will have a significant role to play in the next game.
The new Requiem leaks come courtesy of Dusk Golem, who is usually very reliable when it comes to insider information about Resident Evil, by way of YouTube channel, Residence of Evil. According to the new info, most of which is about Leon, his appearance, and the role he will play in Requiem, Capcom plans to finally confirm fan suspicions and reveal the returning character will indeed be in the game during Tokyo Game Show.
Even long-time Resident Evil fans might not recognize Leon right away, as, according to the leak, the protagonist will be clean-shaven with greying hair. It's how exactly Leon's Requiem story will be combined with Grace's that's the most interesting tidbit to lift from these latest leaks, though.
