A mega-brained Hades 2 fan somehow managed to guess the game's biggest plot twist more than a year ago, and I can't believe how spot-on they were.
All the way back in May of last year, Supergiant Games surprised us all with the sudden early access launch of Hades 2, which gave us a decent, if purposefully unfinished, idea of where the game's story and characters were going to go. Now that the game is actually out in its final form, though, fans have been a little bit mixed about how it's all ended up.

As we've highlighted, Hades 2's ending is one that a lot of players aren't gelling with due to how it takes away a lot of Melinoe's agency for a happier ending. While it's true that Hades 2's conclusion is a little bit disappointing considering all that's set up, there's one big twist that most fans never saw coming.
