That issue has now been partially resolved, and the emote will return, but it's not as straightforward as it sounds.

Peacemaker season two, episode six ends with Peacemaker and characters from the show's original dimension realising that the alternate dimension they've stumbled upon is an alternate reality where the Nazis won World War 2. That led to Epic panicking and pulling the Peaceful Hips emote, which uses dance moves performed during the Peacemaker season two opening credits, as it was assumed one of the moves characters perform in that dance was secretly supposed to resemble a swastika.
Epic explained via its Fortnite Status account that it had pulled the emote from the game while it spoke with Warner Bros. and DC about the potential hidden meaning behind it, promising refunds if it doesn't eventually return.
