The Rumored Resident Evil 0 Remake Is Reportedly In Full Production, Will Have Expanded Lore

If there's one thing as exciting, or perhaps even more exciting than getting a brand-new Resident Evil game in the form of Resident Evil Requiem, it's the prospect of getting even more RE Remakes in the vein of RE 2, 3 and 4.

For some time, it's been rumored that both Code Veronica and Zero would be the next games to receive the "Remake" treatment, but now, via a new report MP1st, we have some more details on Zero's status, including just where it sits in the development pipeline.

If you're like me and hoping for a remake of Resident Evil 5, then know that there are actively no plans for one right now. Sad, I know.

Hint: things are a full go.

In MP1st's report, it's noted that the Zero remake project has been in the works for a few years now, and has been under the codename "Chamber," a cheeky nod to protagonist Rebecca's last name.
