Another live service game has been given the Final Death, as Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt will be shutting down its servers in 2026.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt is a battle royale game set in the World of Darkness, where the undead battle across the streets of Prague. They fight to be the last one standing, as the vampire-hunting Second Inquisition starts distributing a red mist that slays any undead within its range, closing their net around the struggling Kindred.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt launched in 2022, but the team stopped adding new content in 2023, leaving the game in maintenance mode. That’s now coming to an end, as developer Sharkmob has announced that the servers will be shut on April 28, 2026.
The Blood Hunt Is Ending In 2026
According to the official statement, the player population of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt has dwindled to the point where the game cannot be sustained. As such, the servers will be shut down in 2026.
