Two years ago, ARMA Reforger had a rough launch that many feared would kill the game right there and then. Now, Bohemia Interactive's latest tactical shooter has finally overtaken the perennial ARMA 3 in popularity, and it's gearing up to launch its biggest update yet.

ARMA Reforger update 1.6 is a major overhaul of core game modes, and it finally adds a single-player campaign to the game, set in the all-new Kolguyev map.

Following months of open testing on the experimental branch and loads of speculation, a developer has casually dropped that the ARMA Reforger 1.6 patch is dropping on October 30th. Cruel timing if you ask me, because I'll now have to plan around this and ARC Raiders on that same day.

What's New In ARMA Reforger Patch 1.6?

The upcoming patch comes with a lot of changes and fixes, but there are three features that stand out: the campaign, the new map, and the overhauled game modes.
