Darkwood 2 is set years after the events of the first game and promises to be an even harsher experience, being set in the deserts of a dying sea with new, creepy creatures and many dangerous areas to explore. Alongside a brand-new story with different characters, of course.
Its essence will be kept, it seems, since players’ goals continue to be to scavenge for resources, craft weapons and build barricades for protection, seek out shelter by night, hide behind traps, and simply survive to get to live another day.
