The publisher is no stranger to certain closely-eyed guidelines within this realm, nor are they alone in these matters, but DQI, and moreover, DQII, have some pretty strict decrees.
Even if you're only planning to watch content creators' vids, should those vids come to you without commentary, you might find yourself all sorts of clueless as to why key scenes are skipped. Until November 29, such measures must be taken in order to ensure there are no copyright-related headaches to come.

Most strikingly of all, however - and far and away the most insistently written - is Dragon Quest II's "second credit sequence". Interestingly, and this might be nothing, but the exact wordage here is to "refrain from live streaming or posting videos/images of gameplay" therein. In other words, there might be actual gameplay.
