The Tomb Raider franchise has been dormant for quite a while. Besides the Amazon show starring Sophie Turner, which has been in the works forever, it doesn't look like we're going to see Lara Croft anytime soon. Perhaps that's why so many fans wanted to get their hands on Limited Run's 1-3 Remastered Collector’s Edition.
This massive physical edition gets you steelbooks for each of the first three games, replicas of Lara's iconic pistols, a soundtrack collection, a map book, some posters and trading cards, and figurines of Lara's classic polygonal avatars from the first three games. Unfortunately, those figures look pretty cursed.
It's evident what the manufacturer was going for – a throwback to when Lara was polygonal, like in the first three games. Unfortunately, it seems like that look hasn't quite translated well in action figure form. The facial features look extremely weird, with some fans on Twitter referring to them as 'Temu Raider' (thanks VideoGamer). Others called out Limited Run, saying the figures look nothing like the promotional content.
