While Konami and Bloober Team's excellent Silent Hill 2 Remake is currently only available on PS5, that should change soon. How soon? If reports are accurate, then this month.
The latest finding, although not officially announced, appears to be as concrete as can be, given that the information is available on Microsoft's own store.
Not only that, but the Xbox version's ESRB rating has also been spotted, which is also a confirmation of a game's existence.
Silent Hill 2 Remake Xbox Version Releasing Before Black Friday
The Silent Hill 2 remake listing has been spotted on the Microsoft Store, which should put any doubt to rest. Sure, the ESRB rating is damning evidence, but the fact that the game is on the actual Microsoft Store means it's all but official.
The Microsoft Store listing doesn't mention the release date, but TrueAchievements managed to scout around the store's backend and found that the Silent Hill 2 remake will be released on November 21, 2025!
There's also a Deluxe Edition of the game planned, which includes a digital artbook, digital soundtrack, and a Pyramid Head pizza box cosmetic that will be available on the same day alongside the game.
