A senior gameplay designer on Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has left Warhorse and joined CD Projekt Red to work as a senior quest designer on The Witcher 4.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is widely considered to be one of the best RPGs that has released in the past decade, second only to, you guessed it, The Witcher 3. One of the main similarities between Kingdom Come and The Witcher is that they both have fantastic quests that are much more involved and detailed than most other RPGs.
With that in mind, expectations are through the roof for The Witcher 4 to continue everything that the last game got right and pushed forward for other RPGs to follow. We know so little about The Witcher 4 right now that it's tough to tell where it's going, but it's looking even more positive now that a senior Warhorse member has hopped over to CD Projekt Red.
