Black Ops 7 is off to an awful start; physical sales are down by 61 percent, Battlefield 6 and Arc Raiders have eclipsed its launch on Steam, and it boasts the lowest user review score in the series' history, falling even further than Modern Warfare 3 (2023).
Taking all of that into consideration - and a campaign so bad that Treyarch is detaching the Endgame mode and begging Zombies players to try it with the incentive of Perkaholic GobbleGums - a Mixed score on Steam looks positively glowing. Unfortunately, it has lost even that.
With over 1,600 reviews at the time of writing, Black Ops 7 now sits at a Mostly Negative score, meaning that there are now four Call of Duty games on Steam with that badge. As per SteamDB, this is how they rank when looking at what percent of their reviews are positive:
