While we recently got Little Nightmares 3 from Bandai Namco Entertainment, some might not know that the latest entry in the franchise wasn't developed by Tarsier Studios, who made the excellent first two games in the series.
Taking point on Little Nightmares 3 is Supermassive (Until Dawn, The Dark Pictures Anthology), which played it safe and delivered a solid game.
For those wondering what Tarsier is doing, they haven't left the horror adventure platform genre yet, as they are looking to bring their magic to a new franchise called Reanimal. Revealed last year, the game now has a release date.
Reanimal Gets Out Of Its Cage In February 2026
In a press release from publisher THQ Nordic, the company confirmed that Reanimal is set for release on Friday, February 13, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
Alongside the release date announcement, THQ Nordic also revealed the game's pre-order bonus, which is the Foxhead & Muttonhead Masks.
For those curious about it, you don't even need to stick to watching gameplay about the game, as there's now even a demo available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
