Jennifer English is currently enjoying her stint as the video game industry's darling. After absolutely smashing it as Shadowheart in Baldur's Gate 3 and Maelle in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, fans are eagerly awaiting her performance in Tides of Annihilation. However, it seems English is excited for an all-together different part.
The actor has the enviable reputation of starring only in bangers, even though she has admitted to being in a few not-so-great titles. However, playing a conflicted cultist and a reality-bending painter isn't enough. She will also feature in Warframe developer, Digital Extremes' upcoming MMO, Soulframe, which she says is her "dream part".
Speaking to GamesRadar+ at The Golden Joystick Awards, English said she absolutely loved her role of Alora, the Empress of Eldveil, in Soulframe. "Oh, my God, it's my dream part," she said. "I play a fairy empress, and her morals are in line with nature itself." To top it all off, she added, "I'm doing a little Welsh accent, and I am thrilled."
