Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is one of those games that has you choose your own ending, deciding to give players the ultimate choice based on their own morality. It's one of the very rare examples of a game having two endings that have both positive and negative consequences, meaning everything is a shade of grey, and it's up to the individual player to determine which one is right.
Of course, an ending like that is a prime topic for a good debate between gamers, as everyone has their preferred ending for a variety of reasons. Even the game's own cast have their preference, but when it comes to lead actors Jennifer English and Ben Starr - who played Maelle and Verso respectively - they seem to be aligned on which is best, and I'm right there with them.
