After All These Years, Someone Has Finally Escaped From Tarkov In Escape From Tarkov

Despite its name, there has been no way to actually escape from Tarkov in Escape From Tarkov. That was until the game finally got its 1.0 release last month, and less than three weeks later, someone has finally escaped from Tarkov for the first time.

Escape From Tarkov's full release, which has made the game available on Steam for the first time, brought with it a final mission. The mission takes place on Tarkov's new map, Terminal, and, as reported by Insider Gaming, streamer Tigz is the first person to ever make it through the new mission, escape from Tarkov, and complete the game.

Tigz is a well-known streamer in the Tarkov community and one of the game's best players. It took them hours fighting through the game's final Terminal mission before reaching the end, showcasing just how difficult it is to escape. Since Tigz was streaming as they went, not only were the Tarkov team at Battlenet aware of what they were up to, but they were watching along, presumably rooting for the streamer to beat their game.
