A Fourth Pokemon Is Getting A Second Mega Evolution In Pokemon Legends: Z-A's Upcoming DLC

Pokemon Legends: Z-A's Pokedex will grow considerably next week when its Mega Dimension DLC drops. We'll be getting some new Mega Evolutions, too, and it turns out Game Freak wasn't quite done with its reveals, showing off an all new Mega Evolution for Lucario in a new trailer.

Lucario's newly revealed Mega Evolution is called Mega Lucario Z, which means it joins a very exclusive club that currently has just three other members. The only other Pokemon that have multiple Mega Evolutions are Charizard, Mewtwo, and Raichu. Raichu's Mega Evolutions are also new and will be added to Legends: Z-A via the DLC along with Mega Lucario Z.

Mega Lucario Z's design has quite a bit more going on than regular Mega Lucario. The blue parts of its body are black, and the black parts are a lighter shade of blue. Its body and the ruff around its neck also appear to be golden. The two Mega forms of Lucario are shown battling each other in the new trailer, with the newer Z form emerging from the battle as the victor.
