Dispatch might look like a pretty enticing TV show from the outside, what with the focus on story and characters. But, peel back the layers, and you've got a pretty decent little management sim hiding underneath, as you lead a team of misfits and send them out on missions that fit each of your crew's particular strengths.
It can get pretty dicey towards the end of the game too, with Dispatch knowing full well you're a seasoned dispatcher at this point, throwing everything it can at you to make your life harder. In fact, even the game itself is conspiring against you at certain points, as it was recently revealed by developer AdHoc Studio that Dispatch's final shift is intentionally designed to have you fail missions that you've otherwise been clearing for the rest of the game.
