With Arc Raiders' Expedition Project Coming Soon, Players Still Aren't Sure If They Should Opt For The Progression Wipe

Arc Raiders' big progression wipe is just ten days away and players still aren't sure if they should go ahead with the voluntary progression wipe. Labelled as the Expedition Project, this system is just like any other multiplayer progression wipe, but features a bit of narrative to it. Its main purpose is to appeal to those who want progression wipes as well as those who don't.

Players will lose weapons, items, levels, skills, and crafting abilities in return for permanent account unlocks and unique cosmetics for every expedition completed. Those who opt to embark on expeditions will also receive "Account buffs” for the duration, but the devs have ensured that it doesn't give them an advantage over others. However, players feel this isn't enough information to help them choose whether to wipe their progress or not.

A number of players have been discussing whether the progression wipe will be worth it.
