If you noped out of Monster Hunter Wilds at least in part due to its relative lack of difficulty, Yuya Tokuda has a few words for you. The game's updates have gradually addressed the disappointing lack of real challenges during Wilds' tumultuous launch phase, and your mileage may vary on how well the plethora of problems has been handled over the course of 2025.

But if you haven't looked back since launch, now's a good time to give Capcom's latest big huntin' game a second chance. It's worth getting out there, I reckon, now that we've seen just how much the game's sales have stagnated...
