Bandai Namco has announced the release date for the first Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC pack, and it's bringing new Mega Digimon Digivolution routes and new story content next week.
As revealed in a brand new trailer, Time Stranger's Episode Pack 1: Alternate Dimension DLC will be arriving across all platforms on December 8th. Naturally, you're going to need a copy of the base game if you want to play it. Such is the nature of DLC.
If you decide to pick up Digimon Story: Time Stranger's first Episode Pack, you'll be getting new Digivolution routes for Mega Digimon including BlitzGreymon, CresGarurumon, Omnimon Zwart Defeat, and Omnimon Alter-B, some of whom can be seen kicking butt in the trailer.
As well as the new Digimon to play around with, you'll also get access to a new story episode pack that pits you against the dastardly Parallelmon. It's the first of three planned expansions for the game, so don't expect any big resolutions just yet.
