This week's Free Play Days titles have been announced.
On the Xbox Wire, the games that are available for this week's Free Play Days event were announced. The game are available now, and will be playable until June 20th.
The first game that will be available this week is Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. This weekend players will be able to jump into the game's latest season, which introduces a new Operator named Thunderbird. There will also be a rework to the Favela map, changes to bullet holes and bodies, and gadget updates for Mira, Maestro, Melusi, and Smoke for players to experience.
The second game that will be available this week is Verdun. Verdun is a part of the WWI Game Series, and will focus on Western Front trench warfare. Combat is intense, brutal and tactical, with four man teams using a variety of carefully recreated weapons. Players will be able to use rifles, pistols, trench clubs, and flamethrowers, and will be able to call in artillery support and aerial recon. They can also use the infamous poison gas barrages.
The final game that will be free this weekend is PGA Tour 2K21. In PGA Tour 2K21, gamers will be able to play against the pros or with their friends. Players will be able to compete against the likes of Justin Thomas and 11 other top pros, all on stunning, real-life courses such as TPC Sawgrass, East Lake Golf Club, and more.
Those who wish to continue to play these titles after the weekend ends can do so at a discount. All progress including Gamerscore and achievements earned during the event will carry over should any of the games be purchased.
Free Play Days events allow those who are playing on Xbox to try out a few titles for free. The event is recurring, featuring a new batch of games every time. The events are available to those who have a subscription to either Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
