Here's a PSA for you: PlayStation Plus subscribers have just 48 hours left to claim 12 free games and give them a shot before they're gone forever. Don't say I didn't warn you.
On December 16, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will be losing 12 games from the catalog. While that might seem like an act of anti-Christmas hate that would even give The Grinch pause, I should explain that Sony does this every month. We lose some games, we get some new games. However, we're losing some real winners this month, so play 'em while you can.
The full list of game's leaving is pretty expansive. There's something for everyone here, meaning you should probably take advantage and try and check some of these out while you still can. Or don't. I'm not the boss of you.

If you're looking for some open-world action, I'd say both Sonic Frontiers and Forspoken are severely underrated and well worth your time. 11-11 Memories Retold is also a deeply affecting game, and one you could realistically get through in the next 48 hours without much trouble.
